Well, freedom of speech, of religion, anything isn’t really free. This isn’t as open-ended a forum as the First Amendment allows, for example. This is Yahoo’s little world, and whatever we as users contribute is essentially absorbed into their corporate structure as their property. And as part of that process our content is subject to their terms and conditions.
Their reporting system leaves much to be desired, particularly since it seems impractical or impossible to challenge reports made against legitimate questions.
