What is the best book fro building strength and muscle mass and looking impressive? I want bigger traps and lats as well s lower back, glutes hamstrings and basically the whole bakcside. As well as powerfull shoulders and chest and popeye forearms. Also I powerfull core. What is the best all aorund strength and muscle book. I need quality info to make sure I am not wasting time.
