What are good themed Halloween costumes for a family of mom, dad, and one year old boy?
So far we've thought of:
Popeye, Olive Oil, and Sweatpea.
Gomez, Morticia, and Pubert Addams. (Addams Family)
Barney, Betty, and BamBam Rubble.
Era costumes (50's, 60's)
We're open to absolutely anything 
Family Guy! okay no… Popeye might be a lot cuter or even the Flinstone one..

Awww that’s so cute. What about the incredibles?!?! Mom, dad, and baby boy incredibles!! Anyway um you could do kangaroos and have a pouch to put the baby in!! Or Pumba, Simone, and Simba from the Lion King. Maybe even I Love Lucy and have the husband and wife and a little baby.
When I was younger, my family did a Wizard of Oz theme. You could be Dorothy, your husband could be the Scarecrow or Tin Man and the baby boy could be the Cowardly Lion or the Scarecrow.

Also the infashionkids.com has a lot of other baby costumes. Like Superman, Batman (or Robin, lol), Darth Vader, Yoda, and a Little Vampire. Those costumes would make it easier for you and your spouse to find a costume.
With the Superheros one, you could either be the love interest (Lois Lane etc.) or Batgirl/Batwoman or Supergirl. Or a completely different female superhero. I always thought a Grease theme would be cute. A Sandy and Danny outfits are easy. And for the baby, you could just buy a mini black jacket.
I personally think the 50’s and 60’s era is a little hard in the sense of finding something for the baby to wear unless you just use casual clothes.

you could be a power cord, a plug in and a light, the baby could be the light, the mom could be the cord and the dad could be the plug. Or maybe, you could be 2 big m&ms and a mini m&m, that would be pretty cute, the mom could be a green m&m and the dad could be red, it really doesn’t matter what colour the baby is but the girl m&m is green in the commercials and the yellow guy seems pretty dumb, so red and green sound good, and then a random colour for the baby.

How about Shrek, Fiona and the baby shrek. Or Luke Skywalker, princess Leia and R2D2. Check out the costume ideas at gigaweb.com. They have a few family type costume suggestions.
