My thoughts, she was. She was probaly binging over what guy to pick. But she kind of did put herself in that situation. The damsel in distress. If you ask me. Popeye should of been skinnier then she was. Well, he was thin if you think about it. He was muscular with spinach and thin. I kind of felt bad for Popeye. I would of given up on her a long time ago. She played Popeye. Bluto played on that. She would let him sock Popeyes lights out and just yell "Popeye"!!!!! And Popeye like a little chump would come running and eat his spinach and sock Bluto’s lights out and all would be merry. OH POPEYE!!!
and the next episode would run and the anorexic thing would be arm and arm with Bluto just to tick off Popeye again. Then when Bluto was a jerk to her, here comes Popeye when he would hear OH POPEYE!!!! after he was sulking because she turned him away. Pathetic, So, perhaps she was anorexic, because she had no time to eat, due to all the head games she played.
