Techniques and exercizes for a FEMALE who is just starting to lift weights and wants to build forearms and thi
I am not yet weight lifting. At present, all I do is walk for an hour in the morning, and do 45 minutes on a stationery bicycle in the evening. On my job, I'm pretty active (delivery driver/courier).
I'm a female, and I know that females have to approach bodybuilding somewhat differently from men in order to achieve any real muscle growth. But I'm yet ignorant as to how.
I'm specifically interested in getting biger forearms. Even if it looks freekish, like popeye. LOL! Lesser priorities are to build thigh muscles, calf muscles.
Any legitimate advice is appreciated. Thanks.
I forgot to add, I will be working out in a pretty good gym.

They know how to make a person a bodybuilder, whether they be male or female, it doesn’t matter.
