Loves to sit at the open window making really weird noises like a chicken or Popeye the sailor man noise (sounds just like him!) to the birds right outside the window. Do you think they have a secret language to each other? I know this sounds funny but I'm serious! He only makes those noises to other animals outside. Ha!Ha!

I am a heavy carb eater and I love to eat white rice and starchy foods. I want to burn fat and build muscle and for me to do that I would have to avoid the carbs and add more protein to my diet. I am not a fan of veggies but I love spinach and I can eat them raw. In the cartoon Popeye the sailor man he would eat a can of spinach to gain muscle is this only a myth or does spinach have components to help build stregnth and muscle?

Ok, remember Popeye the Sailor man when we were kids. Would you consider him a super hero? I think he is because when he eats spinach he has super powers. What do you think? I've been trying to explain the mispronunciation of lyrics in the song ("finish" pronounced "fin-itch") by saying that Popeye is a New Yorker.
