I am thinking so, in the last 12 years, I can't think of any movies that Robin Williams has made for the Disney Company. And I will stand corrected if I am proveen wrong, that he has done another film for Disney in that time, that I am not thinking of. Flubber came out in 1997, and Old Dogs was just recently released. And I know that this is not his first ever film for Disney, since he did a voice role for Aladdin, and reprised the role for Aladdin and the King of thieves. And I know that Robin Williams has made a lot of movies, since he made his first film role in 1980's Popeye. But that is not my question. And since we are on the subject of Robin Williams, how many movies has he made since his first film role, and please exclude any direct to video releases. Like the 3rd Aladdin movie.
yes i'm 20 years old but I used to love cartoons and the ones showing today's are just utter garbage the 80-90's had some awesome shows(dexter lab, inspecter gadget etc) and then there were the classics like disney, looney tunes, woodywood pecker, popeye etc etc which are just pure genius
wtf happened
I've noticed that Disney has it better when it comes to height restrictions. To prove my point, I'll point out similar attractions from Disney and Universal that have height limit.
Example 1: TOT: 40", but could easily rise to 44" or even 48". Dr. Doom; 52".
Example 2: Kali River Rapids; which has a 30 foot drop gets 38". Popeye and Bluto; 42" but the biggest drop is probably 18-22 ft.
Example 3: Expedition Everest is 44" but goes down a backwards drop 80 ft in the dark. Revenge of the Mummy; 48" but the biggest drop is 25 ft; it's just the launch that makes the drops big.
Example 4: RNRC; 48" but it goes 60 mph in launch and in the dark and upside down 3 times. Hulk launches at 40 mph and goes upside down only 4 times more but gets a 54" height limit.
Example 5: Buzz Lightyear shoot em' up gets no height limit. MIB which is quite similar and only has a few spins and a "scary" ending gets a 42".
The only Universal ride I'd argue needs a bigger height limit is Dudley Do Right which deserves a 52" height limit. Also if Universal made a ride like Test Track; it would get 46". And Mission: Space... totally 51".
Are height limits biased to Disney? You decide.
are Popeye and Olive Oyl disney characters?
How come no one talks about them anymore? They don't even make ads with classic Hollywood characters anymore-the only classic Hollywood cartoons they show on TV are Pink Panther, Popeye and Tom and Jerry. They don't even air Looney Tunes anymore, and Disney doesn't even air classic Disney shorts like they used to. Is it because the major studios released most of the classic toons on DVD?
Ok so I'm not talking about Goofy or Pluto... maybe its a looney tunes character and not even Disney. Im trying to find a picture of that big dog character who had the stubble on his chin, he looks like Brutus from Popeye but is like one of the Disney Beagle brothers. He always plays a chump as his role, very abrasive and rude and also played in the old classic Disney/Warner cartoons.... If you could post his name if you know who I'm talking about I would greatly appreciate it.
How come they don't play any of the good Mickey, Goofy, Donald Duck cartoons anymore. Popeye ren and stimpy ah real monsters angry beavers. The old classic Disney carttons are the best. Why don't they play these anymore. Kids these days watch the dumbest things. They don't even play the original Disney movies from the 50's-60's on the Disney channel. They wouldn't be Disney if it werent from those good ol movies. TV SUCKS
Hahaha yall are killin me...I miss those days
I've been watching Old Disney cartoons and haven't seen the one where the narrator explains how the Greeks developed music through and old cartoon. It's not in the movie Melody Time or in Make Mine Music. Can anyone help.
