The cartoons back then encourage kids to eat healthier such as Popeye (eating spinach) and Bugs Bunny (eating carrots), now they have kids watching Spongebob which all he do is fix Krabby Panties and that encourage the kids to eat fried foods. ( I have nothing against Spongebob, I love him im just making a statement)

a Bugs Bunny movie similar to Cat in the Hat & The Gringe, Popeye portrayed by Michael Myers and Jim Carey and Robin Williams respectively. Even a movie like the Flinstones falls into that category of cartoons being brought to life in the big screen.

Which current Hollywood actor would be perfect to the Bugs Bunny role? Keep in mind his voice and his look .
Robin Williams was brilliant as Popeye, John Goodman was good as Fred Flinstone, and both Carey and Myers were both good in their own Dr Seus movies.

I looked on a couple sites, they list them by title.
Popeye and Bluto are friends, on leave from the service. They go in a nightclub and Popeye is doing the Samba or some dance (why not?).
Anyway he goes to get Bluto to dance and Bluto says "now hold on there partner, I always took you to be a straight shooter."
Ahead of their time, don't you think? I'd like to get a copy, my sister doesn't believe he said that.

when my friends and i reminisce about the earliest cartoons we watched, their earliest recollections are felix the cat, popeye, bugs bunny, mickey mouse and all other popular (still to this day) characters. But none of them remember "wait til your father gets home". They are the same age as me, (34) but they dont remember it. Where can i get a video of some episodes? I can only find the theme song on mp3 and a few still shots but not any actual episodes.
