Yes and i just don’t care anymore. I get reported so often i need to take a stand and fight back. If somebody answers a question with "reported" you’re damn right i report them right back. Eye for an eye in my book.

Yes, but I assure you it’s very rare, and only when the Q or A is callous, racist, or bigoted. I won’t report a user for something as innocuous as not following Yahoo’s strict question and answer format .
I got two violations the last 2 days. One for that very reason, and the 2nd for an unspecified reason.
IMHO, Yahoo is too arbitrary and inconsistent with their interpretation of the guidelines. I also question whether or not a staff member actually reads the reported Q or A, or just accepts the "trusted" user’s report carte blanche.
I have never reported anyone on yahoo/ answers. and i have been here 7 months now. I have no intentions of reporting , full stop!
