ok this is why i said ALL things in the movies-
frank did take a tranquilizer dart to the neck and wobbled around for a minuite or two before collapsing.
so hes not totally out of the contest.

A few years back when I worked for a large bank, the manager of my division named the conference rooms after characters from Animal House.
You know, The Senator Blutarsky Board Room, just hysterical.

John Belushi beat Will Ferrell to death. Sorry, couldn’t resist.
Bluto would win because he was more centred and did not lose control. Even when going wild he was always in control of his actions, and he always had a plan. Frank the Tank on the other hand did completely lose it on several occasions, singing gibberish at a friend’s funeral and also failing to notice, when leading a ‘mass’ streak, that no-one was actually following him.
Bluto I can bet. Based on the video’s Bluto was drinking liqueur and Frank, it look like beer.
Bluto would be more entertaining to be with.
Edit: Based solely on the video’s, Bluto would win the contest because he drank something of much greater apv, and he seems that he would be able to handle the alcohol better, and not say something cheesy like " it good to the lips…".
