Men - do you think muscular women are sexy?
OK - this jerk at the gym really hurt my feelings today. I was doing curls (I only do them with 20 lbs, so I don't know what he was talking about) - and he said "Woah - chill out, Popeye - use the 5 lbs - sheesh!" and walked off.
I am not mannish looking at all - just toned up and fairly defined.
What's your opinion? Do men really find muscular women a turn-off? I have also heard people describe my body type as 'jock-y'. I don't get that. I have curves, I just have muscles, too.

My BF thinks I'm hot, but he's a gym-rat too, so I think he's biased.

It depends, if you are muscular to the point of looking like a guy that is a big turn off. If you are toned then yeah that is a big turn on, but all guys are different. Some don’t like the idea of a girl who wouldn’t need to rely on them for every little thing, or who could possibly rough them up if need be hahaha
well I not a man, but most guys don’t like girl who are muscular, some don’t mind, I myself am toned and just a bit muscular, not a lot though, so ignore that stupid jerk, he’s just jealous that he can’t lift that many weight
Speaking as a frequent gym goer, I like a woman who is fit and preferably does some sort of fitness related activity regularly. Muscle, well any guy who could deny liking a woman who is relatively strong and still feminine is probably the sort who enjoys beating women up.

But Some Girls Dont Look Good Muscular….Guys Don’t Like Girls With Musles The Size Of Bowling Balls…….But They Don’t Like Girls With Tiny Weak Arms……….So…Some Women Look Really Good With Musles But Some Look Just Gross……I Cant Tell Without A Picture Of Your Musles

Yes to a point. If they are like bodybuilders then no (they look like men) but you sound like you would be attractive.

women who are toned, not bulky, toned, are indeed very hot. If you look like the Hulk, no it’s not hot, but I doubt you do. He was just intimidated by the idea of a girl who has physical strength.
It depends on how muscular. If it looks like there are no feminine curves and there is facial stuble that is a good sign that steroids are being used which to me is gross. 20 pounds isn’t that much for a woman so this guy was probably a little girly man. Just go for tone not bulk. High reps for women is my preference but make your own decision.
Me personally, I’m not into a super muscular girl, but for someone to put you down for that, it’s dumb and says much more about the guy putting you down. He’s an insecure jerkwad who feels weak compared to you so he puts you down to make himself feel more man.
Just be yourself, you’re beautiful just the way you are. Everyone is different and likes different things. JUst because he happens to like soft women doesn’t mean that it makes you any less beautiful. He’s just a dork for thinking his opinion should matter to you.
