How do you cook canned spinach?
LOL.. I don't eat spinach, so I don't know how to cook it.. but my 4 year old saw Popeye on the can and begged me for it.. she does like other greens (okra, broccoli, asparagus...etc.).. suggestions for cooking the canned spinach so it tastes best?
Oh, really, that easy??? No additions like fried bacon or sliced onion? Wow.. haha.. I can do that! LOL

It can be as simple or complex as you like. Bacon and onions with a little garlic (or no garlic) would be good as well.
You can also do a spinach omlet. Or mix it into mac and cheese, spaghetti, fried potatoes. What ever. You can also add it to differnt baked sweets for a little nutrients into your dessert.
Yes, it is that easy. I like mine with just a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. She/He might like it too…it makes it sweet.

My parents are from the south, so here’s a southern twist to it:
Drain and RINSE the spinach,
In the meantime, Fry ONE piece of Salt Pork or Bacon in a frying pan.
Pour off the rendered oil to the amount you want in the pan.
Add Drained Spinach, black pepper, drop of chili oil and pan fry in the pork oil.
Season to taste.
Enjoy!!
Can’t bring myself to eat it, so it help you. I guess just heat it up. Looks like something that cat or dog coughed up after eating grass.

I just put it in a pan and heat it up, then add a little lemon juice for flavor. Good stuff!
plop the contents/juice included in a small sauce pan and heat through. then drain well - serve with a dash of salt and butter.
