How can I balance out my muscles?
I dont really work out, just a few pushups once in a while. But I grow muscle pretty fast. My muscle around my elbow and my forearm muscle are really big, so much so that they are the biggest part of my arm (my left one is too, so save it :P) I look like popeye the sailor and I dont like it at all. I would like to lose the muscle there and still maintain my upperbody. So any advice??
To balance out your arms, concentrate on working the muscles of the upper arms — biceps, brachialis, triceps. For the biceps you do simple curls. The triceps responds well to nosebreakers. Hammer curls will work out your brachialis.
