Do the holidays make you testy R&S?
Even the most obvious tongue-in-cheek questions here are getting really serious and defensive answers. Like Bluto's question about tithing to the retail gods.
Are you guys getting a little cranky with the up-coming holiday? I couldn't even get in to the mood of R&S last night there was so much back-biting and bickering going on.
It does not matter even if it is the holidays, if you get to the nitty gritty of life there is a regular influx of nit picking, back-biting, and bickering going on in every new rising day. Which I say is making a lot of lives and LIFE nothing but a pure form of a LIVING HELL as I am screaming at all of them to SHUT UP and quit WHINING just for the Sake of WHINING.

I don’t know if people are more testy, they just have a new target.
I have not seen it, however, I don’t live here either. I tend to become more relaxed as Christmas approaches.
I always act like this because I am always bored at work.
I’m getting a bit cranky this year. I’m the family matriarch so I throw the big feasts. Hubby’s been out of work for a year- he’s been uselessly just laying there on the sofa, all on a pity trip. Home all the time but do you think he’d pitch in with some help with the housework and prep? no. Useless.
And one of our grandkids is living here too- long story but she also isn’t paying rent yet- she graduated high school and that is when I generally made the kids begin to either go to college or start paying rent or move out. Well, she isn’t paying rent. doens’t seem to be looking for full-time work, and isn’t pitching in with any sort of housework or party prep either.
PHOOOEY. Yes, I’m testy this year.
LOL Maybe next year, I’ll just go to a condo in florida with some of my gal pals instead.
just gives me more time off work.

Too much spare time
Bad Weather so one cannot go outside
Abundance of christmas spirits (not spirit)
And you have a recipe for a nasty argument.
