Every episode of Popeye she goes off with Bluto and the second he tries to put the moves on her she flips out and gets Popeye to beat him up. Every episode. What's the point? Was the intention when the show was created for her to be like that?
Bluto The Terrible Archives
Any of these be your choice? Cornelius, Linus, Bluto, Sammy, Aloysius, Xavier, Montel, Ziggy, Nancy, Belle, Corinthia, Mabel, Xera, Cody?
Which one of Popeye episode where Bluto try to steal a bank with a band of robbers, and Popeye goes after them trying to stop them ?
Sometimes Dracula figured into my dreams. He is real and I must evade him. I never do go and kill him like Van Helsing. I never just wake up. He is as real as you or me in my dream. How can I stop this- lucid dreaming? Any tips? I dreamt Godzilla attacked Chicago and the whole thing seemed rea. If I dream of Popeye and Bluto and don't wake up, I will have to check myself into an asylum.
I'm going to Orlando next Sunday and so far on the ten day weather report Sunday and Monday have scattered thunderstorms. If it rains will they shut down the rides like Revenge of the Mummy, Dudley Do-Rights Ripsaw Falls, Popeye and Bluto's Bilge Rat Barges, Jurassic Park River Adventure, Men in Black Alien Attack, or any simulators and other rides?

I remember there was this episode where Popeye and Olive Oyl became invisible in a house and they started to terrorize and beat up Bluto, or whoever the antagonist was, then in the end, Popeye made himself visible and then gets hit from behind but then punches whoever's invisible but it turns out to be Olive Oyl and she's dazed from the hit. But then she starts chasing Popeye and hitting him. Which episode is this?
Is nothing over until we say it is over? Who's with me? Who is thinking, "But I don't want to go with you Mr. Bluto, because I'm scared?"
If you're too young to get the joke, don't answer the question. The adults are talking. Go back to the kiddie table.
I so love when people take the time and effort to pick apt avatar names. Thank you so much, D.T.!

I remember playing cowboys and Indians. Also used to play Popeye (I had to play Bluto!) There were some boys who liked to play the Three Stooges.
I am looking for a pair of sunglasses I can use for a ton of different sports (excluding contact sports). Do you think which pair is suitable and better?! thanks!

OK so we are not getting an Express Pass and are going Friday, March 18, 2011 to Universal Studios Florida and the next day we are going to Islands of Adventure. I want to ride all of the following:
USF:
Terminator 2: 3D
The Simpsons Ride
Men In Black
Twister
Revenge of the Mummy
Islands of Adventure:
Spiderman
Popeye and Bluto
Harry Potter
Considering we are only going to one park each day without Express Pass, will I be able to do EVERYTHING I want to do per day?
There was a movie my father and I watched back in the 80s. There was this boy who may have been an alien (?), and he was being chased by the military. The boy had an odd gadget that would make things go backwards. The toy looked like a remote control for a race car. he was protected by a big guy who I think played Bluto from the popeye movie. Anyone know what this is?
It was on cable all the time. I think one actor was Australian, thin blond hair guy (Kirby). Walsh was heavy, with a beard (like Brutus from Popeye). The police Chief would always say "Kirby in charge" when he sent them out on a call.
First question:
The starship Enterprise leaves Starbase Q at 9:00 in the morning, according to clocks both on the ship and on the station. It then moves away from the station at a constant velocity of 0.59 c.
At 10:00 AM, the communications office on the Starbase sends a radio message to the Enterprise: "What time do your clocks read right now?" As soon as the Enterprise receives the message, they send a reply back.
What is the time in the message?
Second question
Jane gets in her spaceship on her twenty-fifth birthday and flies to the star Vega at a constant velocity v. She is just turning age 32 when she reaches the Vega system.
What is the speed of her ship, as a fraction of the speed of light c?
Third question
Cosmic rays are particles like protons and helium nuclei which fly through space at very, very high speeds. Occasionally, one of these cosmic particles will smash into an atom in the upper atmosphere of the Earth. When that happens, the collision creates many new particles which fly downwards towards the ground at very high speeds. Physicists use particle detectors on the ground to detect "showers" of these secondary particles.
One day, Professor Smith talks to his colleague, Professor Jones, about his research. "Our ground-based detectors find a lot of Bluto particles," he says, "and that is a puzzle."
"Why is that?" asks Professor Jones.
"The Bluto particle is unstable. It decays into other particles with a half-life of only t = 0.7 microseconds. That means that, even if it were travelling at the speed of light, it would only be able to travel

before disappearing. However," continues Professor Smith, "we find plenty of these Bluto particles at the ground level. We believe that they are created in the upper atmosphere at an altitude of H = 39.2 km above the ground. How in the world can they reach the ground before decaying?"
"Ah", answers Professor Jones, "have you taken into account the time dilation factor? If the Bluto particles are created with a high enough initial speed, they could reach the ground during their brief lifetime."
How fast must the particles be moving to reach the ground? Express your answer as a fraction of the speed of light. You must be correct to the sixth digit in order to be marked correct.
_______________times the speed of light
He had all the right physical characteristics.
In a scene from the 1978 comedy classic Animal House, Flounder has just emerged from Dean Wormer’s office after learning he has been expelled from the University. What is Bluto’s ill-considered, but nonetheless poignant, advice to Flounder?
What is Bluto’s career after he leaves the University?
Sweepee seems to materialise in later editions of Popeye. I cannot recall if Popeye was married to Olive or Bluto was Mr Oil ??? Just a light hearted question ???
